"Right people, Right Place, Right time"

The Aerospace and Defence Human Resources Partnership (HRP) is a non-profit private sector association registered in Nova Scotia under the Societies Act. It is a stand alone organization, whose mission is to address the human resource needs of the Nova Scotia aerospace and defence sector by bringing together in a synergistic and formal collaborative relationship all those organizations and individuals directly or indirectly contributing to the province’s economic prosperity in this sector.

The principal components of this "constituency" are education and training organizations, businesses and industries operating in this sector, and government policy makers at all levels. Of equal importance are members and could or would-be members of the A & D workforce and their influencers. It operates under it's own charter, by-laws, and status under the Act. While it enjoys a close relationship with the Industry Association, it operates as a separate entity. The HRP is not a membership based group, it is available to all. There are no fees associated with the HRP.
